How to Return or Exchange an Item

- Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label.
- Pack your items securely and attach the label.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Important Details
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive your package.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order at outerknownclothing.com. This ensures you receive your desired size or color as quickly as possible.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
